In addition, I would like to share my SPECTACULAR treatment from the customer service department, and in particular, from customer service representative, Lily S. I was having an issue with the charging mechanism and thus I sent an email to Customer Service Department. And voila! Within 2 days I received an email from Lily, w/suggestions, etc. Lily was extremely responsive & supportive!
